I also doubt that holding off urine can be the cause of your problem, just a source:

I hope I'm helping I really appreciate your feedback on my questions. It's good to exchange experience, I almost always try to delay urination because of my overactive bladder and this has actually benefited me in the long term because it allow it to hold more urine.

Yes I feel pain in the bladder when it begins to fill to some level.

At that time I was experiencing only some sort of frequency and urgency less present but not pain. I hold it too long really and after I went to the toilet I could urinate with difficulty that time, had to push hard and stream by stream. But only that time.

Also there was a period in summer 2 years ago prior to my symptoms I would consume large quantities of water even 4-7 L without doing much activities. According to the doctors It was psychological or compulsive water drinking as tests excluded problems with diabetes mellitus or diabetes insipidus or kidneys, and anyway I am back to around 2L today.

Yes I have read about Painful Bladder Syndrome. During the lasts ultrasound checks I have especially ask the doctors to check the bladder, they said the structure is ok, the walls are not thickened. Yes there is also Cytoscopy but the doctor said something like: he can't accept me for that since there isn't any blood present in tests, what should he go to check. He is considered one of best specialist in Urology in our country. He send me to check the Kidney function to another recognized doctor in the country. According to some tests he said that the kidney function is perfect and what I have is Chronic non-bacterial Prostatitis. Any other doctor would recommended me the previous 2 in the end, so I think I am "done" with the medical system in my country :)

So what do you think caused the problem, I don't think holding off your urine is the main cause ..... it's considered harmless and just creates an unpleasant feeling before go to the toilet. Maybe there's something else that lead to your condition. What do you think?

Maybe I got an UTI for that. Because the first urine culture I did resulted in E.Coli for which I took the proper antibiotic. But I only did the urine culture 4-5 months after the first symptoms. Also since 2 months before I noticed the problem I have been very stressed because a family member passed away.
CPPS comes with different symptoms in different parts down there so I can't rule it out, especially after the check I did in Italy from which the doctor agreed that there is a Prostatitis present.

One doctor told you you have Prostatitis? What about the others, what did they tell you?

Actually the last 2-3 of them said so. Then I got responses from nothing wrong to vesiculitis.
Today for example I urinated small amounts 2-3 times in 1 hour after I woke-up. Then again after 2:30 or 2:45 hours but a more consistent amount.

Also I go to toilet 1 time during the night generally towards morning. When I was feeling great this was very rare and I would woke-up peeing half a liter without problem. No to mention no stress in the bladder for holding it.
