Rectal therapy

I don't know how to call this one but in brief it consisted in these steps, which involves only one part of the body:

- Injection of antibiotics and maybe other medicine from the anus.
- Heating up the area inside for 35-40 minutes with an electric instrument. (Delwa-Star Eco Therm)
- Massage on the area inside with another electric instrument for 10min.

Before treatment I did a rectal prostate ultrasound and DRE prostate check followed by an urine analysis:
SG: 1.020 PH: 5 LEU: neg NIT: neg *PRO: 75 mg/dl GLU: norm KET: neg UBG: norm BIL: neg *ERY: 150/ micro L Prostate size was 26CC (or gram) according to doctor

I did the above therapy for 10 days. After this therapy the results of the urine were:
SG: 1.020 PH: 5 LEU: neg NIT: neg *PRO: 25 mg/dl GLU: norm KET: neg UBG: norm BIL: neg *ERY: 50/ micro l
Prostate size : 20CC

Semen color was more yellow before with the treatment it is somewhat white now. I will report back after 2 months.
But for now I still have all the symptoms namely: frequency (around every 1 hour), urgency, pressure and pain when urine begin filling the bladder and weak stream or having to push to empty bladder. BTW, I also have a Varicocele on the left testicle, second or third grade I think. And I never had any sexual intercourse.

My symptoms started around 2 years ago, I only remember to have hold urine for too long sometimes during one or 2 days, and it all started after that.
After 4-5 months I got diagnosed with cystitis and vesiculitis (inflammation of seminal vesicules). No one mentioned the prostate at that time. I used some antibiotics which cleared the E.Coli found in the urine culture.... but here we are anyway.

Who was the doctor?
What sort of injections, please describe how they were given and what they contained?

A doctor in my city, graduated in Nephrology, he said to have dedicated many years of study in this kind of problems.
Injections was with some kind of syringe, but no needle, no pain.
I don't know what they contained, mainly some common used antibiotics I would think.
I think the theory behind is this, after inserting the antibiotic it takes 40 min to absorb them and the heat helps right in this part.
Then the 10 minute massage with micro waves 50-60mhz near the prostate would make the bacteria more vulnerable to the effect of the medicine.
According to the him not many doctor are able to practice this kind of therapy, only some around the world (Italy, Norwegia, NewYork)

Unfortunately I have to say I expected more from his approach, but maybe I need more time and other days of therapy later, don't know.
I have not much other details but I can continue keeping you updated on this. What is your thought anyway?

Because this is unusual treatment, please name the doctor. Then call his office to ask exactly what was injected into your body (you have a right to know!).

Which city and country are we talking about here?

I have never heard of this method of treatment for CPPS. Webslave is correct, however, in saying that you do have a right to ask (and receive an answer) about what was injected into you. If you were sold on the idea that you have a prostate infection, you may want to request their proof.

Regarding something mentioned in your post: yellow semen is not necessarily an indication of infection, or of anything, in fact. The color can vary between a number of shades.

I read something here regarding the antibiotic cocktails used, I remember the doctor specifically mentioned the Italian doctor called Dr Guercini.

Guercini uses a mixture that contains a steroid. You can search this site for his name and discussions about his methods, fobo.

Fobo I have question about rectal therapy. Do you have any problems with prostate after rectal therapy?

I will do this treatments and I don't know about if it is successful?

The problem is ... no one can say for sure that I had a problem with the prostate before the therapy. 2-3 doctors I went before the therapy did not confirm I had a prostate problem, and I believe there was no reason for me to have a prostate problem back then. Nevertheless I went for the therapy because I was desperate at that time.

Please, make sure you have a problem with your prostate asserted by different doctors, before going for such therapy.
