I dont know if the results get posted immediately after the end of the trial.
I am in one now, I like the concept but haven't seen any benefit yet, it's supposed to peak in week 4. Although, I could have gotten the placebo...20% do.

Went through the thing last summer. First day, terrific--pain disappeared, heaven on earth. Who have guessed? Next day, boom. Pain returned. After that, no change. Some side effects (sore muscles mainly). Wish I could say it worked. Told them it didn't.

Re: Tanezumab
I find that result hard to believe since expected time of any relief is 2 weeks after initial dose. Could it have been placebo or you wanted it to work so bad you convinced yourself it did?
I can not say for sure I was helped or not, my pain has decreased since I had taken it but I have been off now for over 8 weeks and I still have maintained those gains. I experienced no side effects which leads me to believe I may have gotten the placebo. I will never know, have to wait till it's FDA approved, sometime in late 2011 is expected.
The clinician who administered my injection said he had 2 patients that were greatly improved, so this drug could be promising for some.
