post on injection follow up

Post by james-d »

I posted here a few days ago on a relapse I had and my recent attempts to utilize injections (Again) to get it under controll.
My post seems to be missing or moved.

I think it is important to show that the treatment worked - but that I also relapsed - and that I am trying again.

I was hoping to post follow ups (good or bad) so that people have full information.

Why was the post removed/moved?

Several Months on from last injections - I am doing well again....no symptoms to speak of - and back to feeling part of the world.....just wish I could believe it could stay this way forever....seems like just when I think I am 100% forever I relapse again and have to go through it all over again.....oh well - at least I have a path to success for me.

In summary - repeated injection therapy as before - works great - feel great.....terrible therapy (to endure) but results are great.

Hi Everyone,

I have been dealing with Prostatitis for the past year with oral anti biotic treatment for 6 months and my symptoms are only being suppressed. So now I am considering other treatment options as I don't want to take oral antibiotics for the rest of my life.

I have read about a 25 day treatment they conduct in China with injections in the prostate. Does anyone know about this treatment or anyone who has travled to China. It seems to be the only "cure" available... See link below.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Paul

Still doing well...hope it continues...

I must say - I am coming to grips with the "chronic" component of this ailment - it just seems like the best we can hope for is long periods of remission using whatever works for you (supplements, stretches/physiotherapy, drugs, injections, or voodoo...).

I had once believed I had it beaten.. now I believe that I have it managed... and will have to continually manage it for likely the rest of my life....

But, on the up side... when it is managed... I have practically zero symptoms (as in 99% improvement...) I just hate feeling like at some point it may creep back..and that point will of course be the worst period for that to occur.....

Hi Mark, would it be possible to contact james-d some way to ask about his treatment and how he’s doing with it?
