Frequent Urinating

I have to urinate a lot (and some burning after I urinate). I have seen a urologist and he said that I have no prostate or bladder infection. I also have Levator Spasms. Would any accredited quercetin product or Cysta Q help the frequent urinating?

I was ill with common flu the last 5-6 days and I immediately noticed a huge reduction of my symptoms, I would say they almost went away completely.

During these days I stayed in bed almost 24 in 24 hours. Is it because of this "bed regime"?

No, it's a common phenomenon. Getting sick either makes it worse or somewhat better for most men, almost never has no effect. When the sickness passes, it goes back to "normal".

I want somebodies opinion on this pls.

One week ago at job I was stuck up talking in a meeting with the Directors and ended up holding urine for too long (30 min maybe). When I finally finished and move out for the bathroom I wanted to urinate but it was really really hard getting it out.

Prior to this episode I was doing "pretty" well but now its a worse like I was 1 year ago for example. Now I think maybe Its like the muscles around the bladder area still constricted to not letting urine pass. I feel this especially if I do short relaxation of the muscles down there (I don't remember the name correctly from the book).

I am very careful to leave an option for a bathroom everywhere I go but eventually 1 or 2 times during the year I will fail

Before meetings, try to empty bladder even if there is no urge.

By holding on for so long, you stimulated the spasm and windup in the pelvic floor. Just a setback, not too serious

Although I was thinking this could make me prone to e.coli bladder infections or diminishing in bladder capacity

That's called "catastrophizing", and it's something you need to control if you want to improve.

I have noticed that when I pee little amounts, the urine is very concentrated. When I pee in bigger amounts it is always diluted (white colour). Is this the way the normal bladder behaves or its a behaver more classic for BPS/IC cases?

That's normal. If you have small amounts of dark urine, you need to drink more.
