I have had some good results from an anti-inflammatory that I picked up at a health food story. It is called Wobenzym N. It is on the pricey side, but it seems to help. The person at the store told me a lot of athletes use it.
Other things that help are things that others have already posted, skilled relaxation, hot baths. My job entails sitting all day, so I try and sit on a very firm surface. That seems to lessen the aggravation that sitting causes.
Some things that seem to help.

I believe Wobenzym N. is the same or similar to Phlogenzym, and is an enzyme used in treatment of autoimmune illnessess. Perhaps it has some anti-inflam. properties.
Take a look at the Protocol page at the https://ucpps.men/prostatitis-tips-things-that-help-and-hurtwebsite for some anti-inflammatory suggestions, both prescription and natural supplements.
There are also a lot of posts on the Board about sitting and CP/CPPS/PM. Do a keyword "search" at the top of the page.
