Hi everybody,
As I understand the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol, the main goal is to learn how to relax the pelvis muscles including relaxation and exercise of trigger points.
But searching the web it is almost impossible to find any handbook how to do it properly, what kind of exercise are suitable, etc.
Do you know any internet or book sources where can we find such information?
Is the book Headache in the pelvis, the right lesson for this? (I have not read it yet).
I think, it is quite frustrating for all of us, that we suffer by this disease and especially by lack of information how to handle it.
Majority of us will not be able to go to Stanford clinic to learn this lesson, neither we are able to find right PT or chiropractic.
So is there any way how to self educate us about this pelvic relaxation exercise?
During my research in the web I was able to find only this two links which may be useful for chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome patient:
http://www.freewebs.com/trydent78/
http://www.chiropractic-help.com/Kegel-Exercises.html
If you know any others useful information sources, please share....
thanks

Yes, it's a very good resource.sunwine wrote:Is the book Headache in the pelvis, the right lesson for this? (I have not read it yet).
Avoid Kegel exercises. The book should tell you why.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
