Anyone tried licorice (liquorice) for low cortisol?
I saw discussion of this somewhere in this forum and I'd like to know if anyone has experienced fewer trigger points or less muscle tension from taking licorice or other natural treatments for low cortisol?

Not on this forum, but we're looking for guinea pigs!
To experiment, you'd have to take 100 mg glycyrrhizic acid, which corresponds to 50 g liquorice sweets (assuming a content of 0.2% glycyrrhizic acid).
