Post by Caiaphas »

Everything listed in my signature below. Any thoughts or comments about what has helped you personally or what I should try/avoid would be very helpful.

I'm thankful I found this site.
Age: 25 | Onset Age: 21 | Symptoms: Ache in pubic region, lower back, and perineum; sore testicles, sore penis, occasional burning with urination, occasional soreness after ejaculation, reduced urinary flow, post void dribbling
Helped By: warm sitz baths, trigger point physical therapy, stretching, exercising
Worsened By: Stress and unknown factors
Current regimen/supplementation:One-A-Day Multivitamin, Pollen-Aid (2-3 a day), Quercetin (2 tabs a day), trigger point physical therapy once every 5-7 days, relaxing and stretching at night or when necessary.

If you are the anxious type, and most of us are (including me), you'd be well served by having a bottle of benzodiazepines on hand for the "bad times", NOT for every day use or you'll end up addicted. Also, a small daily dose of amitriptyline (eg Elavil) is useful for many men.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
