Does anyone dribble urine after urination and dribble semen minutes after ejaculating? It seems that these were the first prostatitis symptoms I ever had, and they have never been helped by anything, including prostate injections. It seems that the urine or semen gets stuck around the prostate area and urethra. I can milk it out manually. If not it leaks out minutes later in my pants.
Can a pelvic floor muscle cause this? Or doses this sound more like the prostate. I have had a cystoscopy and everything is normal. Prostate ultrasound is also normal, and my pelvic floor pt can not find anything wrong either. through diet change I have controlled my urgency issues, but these other symptoms are still present

I dribble and leak semen after and before ejaculation and after a bowel movement sometimes!

Current treatment: PT. | Worsened By:sitting, stressing over it, ejaculation, sometimes alcohol but I risk it. Been feeling a lot better last 6 months about 85% with a few flares lasting about 5 days. No longer having PT. Stretching every other night and I believe time is also a big factor for me
