I'm now on 180mg of Allegra daily for allergies. I must say that it is much friendlier to my prostate than most OTC antihistamines! However, I have noticed a slight increase in frequency and perineal discomfort since starting it.

I noticed that too, but it completely resolved over 4-6 weeks.
