Saw a show on RSD where a girl was being treated for terrible pain, nerve aggravation, sympathetic nervous system, inflammation. Sound familiar?
Anyways, she found relief from breathing pure oxygen for roughly 30 minutes per day in a hyperbaric chamber. Apparently the oxygen speeds healing to damaged nerves or so they hypothesized.
At the risk of looking like Michael Jackson for a few days, anyone ever try this?

Oxygen chambers can ease cystitis
By ROGER DOBSON
03 April 2007
Spending time in a pressurised oxygen chamber can significantly reduce the symptoms of chronic cystitis.
In a clinical trial, the treatment reduced symptoms - which include bladder irritation and pelvic tenderness - by about a third in some cases, and the effects were long-lasting.
It is thought to work by forcing more oxygen and nutrients into the tissue of the bladder wall, reducing inflammation and severe pain associated with the condition which is estimated to affect around 400,000 people in the UK.
In the treatment, known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, patients breathe 100 per cent oxygen, while in an enclosed pressurised diving-like chamber.
This increases the amount of oxygen getting into the blood by up to 13 times. The therapy is thought to stimulate the growth of new blood vessels, help to fight infections and boost wound healing.
Age:37 | Onset Age: 35 | Symptoms: pain in testicles that comes and goes that also switches sides-trying to find a pattern as to "why" this happens/Rectal Burn at the 6 O'clock position at my anus which tends to flare around the periphery of my anus typically after defication but no perineum pain-no "golf ball" pain. Pain in testicles worsens as I sit but not always...Pain is not always present but depresses me. Pain used to be at a very high level but has subsided in time to a low level but has not gone away. Pain used to flare after sex but not as much as before although it still like playing russian roulette./
/Lack of SleepHelped By: I haven't found anything that has helped to my knowledge. Tried many many sessions of PT, accupuncture and chiropractic care but still have not found steady relief that takes me back to a pre CPPS state.
