I've noticed over the last few days that my testicles seem to be a bit odd. The testicles themselves seem fine and in good shape and not tender. But the veins or the ducts or tubes or whatever they are called that are also in there seem to be very thick and very firm almost hard.
Is this normal? It doesn't seem like they've been like this for ever. And I'm no expert in testicles, I'm just familiar with the ones I've got.
And if there is a cyst or a lump or something like that could it be part of what is causing the symptoms?
something to be worried about?

Difficult to answer your question without seeing so don't take this as a medical opinion. What you report is quite common in chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome and there is no universal explanation for it.akia wrote:I've noticed over the last few days that my testicles seem to be a bit odd. My own guess is it is (probably) a subclinical autoimmune manifestation similar to another condition called temporal arteriitis where the temporal arteries become hard and painful. Interestingly, cortisone relieves this appearance.
