I am new to this forum but have not noticed anything about Beta Sitosterol posted here. I have been diagnosed with non-bacterial Prostatitus and have been taking:
Prosta-Metto complex(Vitamin Shoppe band includes zinc, pumpkin seed oil,Pygeum Africanum,Saw Palmetto Extract,UVA URSI EXTRACT)
Green Tea Extract
Quercetin
Cranberry extract
Magnesium/potassium chelate
and found it helpful. When I added Beta Sitosterol I did notice a drastic improvement , but still not cured.
Any other feedback on Beta Sitosterol?

Beta Sitosterol
It seems that the only thing negative Dr. Dimitrakov has to say is about the thoroughness of the studies--the fact that Beta Sitosterol has been shown to be helpful to those with bladder and urinary track pain, and being that the cost is relatively inexpensive I am surprised that I do not see it mentioned more in this forum.webmaster wrote:Dr Dimitrakov has answered this one before here
I have seen an improvement from adding Beta Sitosterol to my regimen so I would reccomend it.
BTW, I learned about Prelief here on this forum and this too, has made a marked improvement to my symptoms.
I am grateful.
