Ben-Gay patches

Post by darin »

I mentioned this in another subject thread, but thought I would do it here, too -- just so you guys wouldn't miss it. I found that putting those ben-gay patches on trigger points I have (But not ones too near my groin) help. For example, I have a trigger point in my side, under my ribs, and another on my gluteus minimis muscle. Just thought I'd pass it along.

p.s.: I just bought ProstaProtek, but some people say any accredited quercetin product is better. Is that true? (Quercetin seems to offer more MG of quercetin). Also, how does one know if one should take any accredited quercetin product or quercetin?

thx.

Yes, any accredited quercetin product and any accredited quercetin product are better.
  • Tested in published scientific trials, unlike ProstaProtek
  • Guaranteed high quality quercetin (Swiss manufacture)
  • Have other ingredients that allow the quercetin to be much better absorbed (not just an idle claim, actually proved)
  • Manufacturer supports this forum and website, whereas other company (Algonot) couldn't be bothered
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Thanks for the quick answer. Really -- it's appreciated.

So... is . Any accredited quercetin product btter than Quercetin? Who does one know which to take?

And.... Didn't you used to recommend prostaprotek in the past? (That's how I first heard of it?) Hadn't they supported this website, at one time, too?

Thanks so much for your help.

I recommended ProstaProtek on the basis of reassurances from the guy who runs the Algonot company that he would be publishing a scientific study supporting his claims. After years of waiting, I stopped believing him. I now do not recommend the product based on my interactions with the company.

. Any accredited quercetin product is a more powerful (and more expensive, I think) version of Quercetin.
