Has anyone tried Yang's Chinese medicine treatment?

Post by proon »

Hello everyone!

As I input "prostatitis" on Google, I found this page that comes top of the Sponsored Links.

http://www.ylhpharm.com/index2.htm

It says the cure ratio is 93% using his original chinese medicines.
Has anyone tried it? or have any information?

I guess he would be more popular if he has actually cured "3 hundred thousand clinical examples".

-- Regard.

"Professor" Lihua Yang apparently gained his qualifications from reading "the large medical treatment information guidebook" and then being invited to be a "research fellow" at the "China Famous Special Hospital", to which Google has no links at all. Reading between the lines, it seems Yang is one of the millions of medical workers in China, employed at one of the tens of thousands of hospitals they have there, in his case the Shenyang Red Cross Hospital, where he is the resident expert in "Prostatosis" (sic)

This quote from his website should be warning enough:
"Professor Yang [will treat you with] 7 kinds of pure Chinese medicines including 4 kinds for take orally and 3 kinds for external use. [The herbs/medicines will go into] the channels located the bladder, kidney and prostate, and quicken the blood and transform stasis intensively, at same time expel the damp-heat toxin from body. The methods can completely cure the prostate diseases according to the 30 hundred thousand patients clinic proved."
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

"damp-heat" is a concept in Chinese medicine. People who are not trained in Chinese medicine are not able to complete understand this concept. In Chinese medicine, "damp-heat" and weaken kidney functioning are believed to be the cause of prostatitis (at least some types of prostatitis)*. To see if you have "damp-heat", look into the mirror, and see if there's white stuff on your tongue, if you have, that may be the dampness described in Chinese medicine.

The treatment is to first reduce "damp-heat", then improve the functioning of your kidneys. You can remove "damp-heat" by exercising more and taking herbal medicine. Improving the functioning of your kidneys can be done with qi-gong, tui-na (message therapy), accupuncture, or herbal medicine.

You could try some Chinese herbal medicine like you would Saw Palmetto, and see if it helps. Best of luck.

I do not have a degree in Chinese/Western medicine. I should not and can not be held accountable for the accuracy/inaccuracy of the information I provide on this page.

* prostatitis is a general term, described by an inflamed (not necessarily infected) prostate and usually a wide range of symptoms. Causes for some prostatitis are not known or still debated by the medical community.

I am fluent in chinese. Recently, my brother sent me a MS Word document written by a medical researcher in China. He is not a MD or Doctor in Chinese medicine.

The write up is in Chinese and talk mostly about the current situation with treatment of chronic conditions. I found the article to be quite good. One of the main point in it is that doctors in both Chinese and Western medicine are too wrapped up in Procedure and Medication and forgot the most important aspect of all ==>> self care when it comes to chronic diease. This is quite in agreement with the concept of AHIP and the book, "The Relaxation Response" by Herbert Benson, M.D.

To be clear, I seen some amazing thing with Chinese medicine but I'm suspicious of any quick cure in procedure form or in a pill.

Agreed. I've tried some Chinese herbal medicine for the past month and a half. I am not expecting a quick fix. I just hope that it can help at least a little bit. I think we should take a multifaucted approach, instead of looking for a miracle pill.

Quick fix is only possible when you have confirmed acute prostatitis.
