I've found out that spices can trigger mast cells.
Red wine contains histamines (pure vodka should be safe):

Tuna, bonito and mackerel can contain histamines (I ate a lot of pasta with tuna):

Ginger might be worth trying:

"Coming to our humble Inji (Ginger) number of controlled studies have been done in the West confirms most traditional claims. Tests and anecdotal evidences specifically establishes Ginger as excellent medicine for sea sickness, Arthritis, Inflamation, digestive disorders and also surprisingly a very good remedy for Migranes.
The medical properties of Ginger arise from its anti inflamatory qualities, which the substance acquires by inhibiting prostoglandins and also blocking histamines. It does this by blocking enzymes that that produces these substances. These chemicals play important part in causing inflammation."

My last encounter with alcohol was really bad. I had been symptom free for about a week. Then I was stupid enough to drink about one litre of wine and champagne. I walked to and back from a club in -10 degrees C.
I felt no pain when I came home. I masturbated and afterwards I urinated and then the pain hit me like a runaway train. I had never felt that kind of cp pain before and I got really scared. I'm not sure how long I would have lasted with that kind pain being chronic. Anyways, I took some ibuprofen and a hot shower and managed to get to sleep. The next day the "mild" chronic pain was back again.
I guess the increased bloodflow after the ejaculation enabled those histamines to enter the prostate. But I also suspect that the urine contained high amounts of histamines and when they passed through the urethra (slightly damaged/irritated by my masturbation) they worsened an existing inflammation. I could actually feel my entire urethra burning together with my prostate.
I've also noticed before that if I dont masturbate when I drink the pain is not equally bad the day after compared to if I would have masturbated.
