I should know by now?

Post by GARYS »

I have been doing a lot better w/ the urethral burning after urination, but this morning after urinating I was fine until the very end, then a little more came out and when it hit the water it looked kind of thick and burned. Is this just fluid from the prostate. You would think I would know the asnwer after all these years, but I just wondered. And would that mean I am not having enough ejaculations?
Age:33 | Onset Age: 20 | Symptoms: burning urethra after urinating, followed by rush to urinate again, rectal pain after a bowel movement sometimes, frequency. | Helped By: Pyridium and Ativan | Worsened By: stress, sitting and unknown reasons.

Yes, and possibly yes. How often are you ejaculating?
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

I probably only ejaculate 1-2 times a week, mostly just once. The burning seemed to come back the day after the last one I had, and this one felt wierd, I'm not sure what retrograde ejaculation is but every so often when it comes out I have to stop moving and it doesnt feel like a "good one" and its hard to explain. I also kind of stopped using a condom ( I am married w/ 2 young children and my wife is on the pill but just for my own sanity I usually wear one which she can't understand. I was just talking to my wife and she thought maybe it had something to do with the anesthisia I was give when I had a root canal done Wed. Is this a little far fetched?
Thanks

That's normal frequency, not like a priest or something

Try woman on top position and try relaxing during ejaculation more, stop the tendency to tense buttocks and legs during orgasm.

wouldn't the woman on top position actually cause more tensing of the muscles? I find that, since you can't control the speed and strength of the motion and orgasm, that it puts more stress on my prostate area muscles then anything else. I prefer other ones...for example, the easiest one I find is from behind, standing up preferably. But that's just me.
Age:23 | Onset Age:22 | Symptoms:Urinary hesitancy, moderate frequency, urgency and retention, slight perinneum, rectal and leg pain, frequent abdominal/bladder pain. Red/white spotty irritation on penis | Helped By:hot baths or showers, walking and moving around, pain medications | Worsened By: sitting for a long time, holding urine too long. I'd say I'm about 75% better naturally so far.

No, standing up you are still tensing with each thrust, to be graphic. Lying underneath, you have the opportunity to let the pelvis truly relax. The only movements should come from the female, and you can regulate her movements with your hands and arms. In this way you can train yourself to have "gentle" orgasms, over time. I guarantee that it will lead to less pelvic pain. I developed this technique 10 years ago, and it assisted me greatly.

An added benefit of this position is that females reportedly are more orgasmic in the superior position.

I have to agree webslave, standing is not the way to go. I have found that as well.
Age: 32 | Symptoms: Twingy pain/muscle spasms in groin area (gone), tingling sensation at tip of penis (has resolved as of now), urinary frequency (resolved as of now), thicker/decreased amount of semen (resolved as of now). Makes better: Stretching, Relaxing pelvic muscles, moment to moment relaxation, not sitting with legs crossed, Elavil, quercetin. Makes worse: Sitting, stress, more than one orgasm/day, constipation, manual labour

well I find that for me, when I do have some pain in the pernieum region/rectum, standing and walking around makes it go away within a few minutes. Plus, for the enjoyment of sex, I prefer to stand up anyway. The woman on top thing never quite did it for me...but it's all personal preference. My pain levels are nowhere near what they were and what some of you guys suffer from every day so if that position makes sex easier for you, by all means, do it up!
