symptom - leakage/dribbling?

i've been a sufferer for about ~ 1 yr now, and I see that almost all of my symptoms are shared by other members of this forum.

the one symptom that I wonder if anyone else experiences - leakage? this is probably the most frustrating symptom for me. I find that small amounts of urine constantly leak throughout the day, making my boxers wet and making me very self conscious of the odor. the pelvic and lower body pain is nothing compared to the embarassment this causes. does anyone else have these symptoms, and if so, how are you addressing it?

you need to see a physical therapist that can do internal trigger point work. The PT will also give you specific stretches to do that will loosen up your pelvic floor.
