Today at the gym I got the strangest pain/feeling in the stomach. I bended over to pick up some weights when suddenly a spot in the middle/right side of my stomach started to ache and then the pain poured down to my lower stomach and ended somewhere around the prostate. Everytime I tensed my stomach the feeling came back and the pain streamed further down. It felt somewhat like a cramp or something. Is this a triggerpoint that just started cramping or what?
When I massaged the same area I felt that it was sore but the streaming feeling didn't come back. I never felt this before, not even when a PT massaged my stomach and tried to find triggerpoints.
I know some of you have felt similiar feelings when massaging triggerpoints but has anyone just felt it pop up like this. Maybe I'm totally wrong here, what do you guys think?
By the way, I finally found a PT who knows about AHIP, hopefully he can help me, I'm going to see him wednesday morning
Age:25 Onset age:20 | Symptoms: Bladder/rectum pain, heartburn, sexual dysfunction, urethra and perineum pain, IBS, chronic fatigue. Makes worse: bad diet, poor sleep, alcohol. Makes better: positive thinking, good diet, drinking lots of water, internal/exernal stretching
Sounds like a typical muscle pull to me, although in a different spot than you usually see. But who knows - I didn't examine you. But the fact that it is referring pain to your pelvic region is a good indicator that the pain is at least loosely involved in your condition. I find a lot of my pain comes from weakened and overly sensitive muscles, but not necessarily trigger points.

Now I'm getting really worried.
The cramps/spasms that I explained earlier this week came back bigtime today. It started cramping like every 5 minutes and this time the pain was so bad that I couldnt stand upright when it hit. The pain lasts only for about 3-5 seconds but its not pleasant. It felt like being stabbed or something. Almost like a rope between my lower stomach and prostate just pulling really, really tight and then letting go. I just hope this won't be lasting very long. I'm really worried though. Could it be that I've started stretching and a lttle bit of tp massage or the fact that I've started eating fluoxetine(which I'm going to quit). Does anyone have these symptoms?

Eek. I would get yourself examined. I haven't heard of that sharp of a pain in the stomach before; hopefully someone else can elaborate on their own experiences. It could certainly be a reaction to a new medicine, and you could have also really pulled or partially torn a muscle in your abdominal/stomach region. I'd definitely make a DR. appointment right away.
