Relief from pain

Post by Claudio »

I'm experiencing tremendous burning and pain. What you guys do for some little, istant relief?

Here, in Italy, I can't find anybody that would do any massages to my pelvis area, a thing I think I require. Is it possible to "auto-massage" yourself?

Thanks

Claudio

I've posted a lot of self-treatment options you can do in my posts during the last few days. They can signifcantly help you, as can a lot of the strategies posted by others. You need to open up your pelvic floor via stretching, massage out the trigger points (external too!), and relax the muscles. About the only thing that is hard to do yourself is internal work, but I wouldn't hold off doing all the other things just because you can't find anyone to do internal work yet.
