Prelief Experience

Post by webslave »

This testimonial was sent to me by Akpharma, the makers of Prelief:
Dear People:

I am a medical professional who has had what was thought chronic UTI's over the past 20 years. I would awaken in the early am with severe symptoms and pain, turning to gross hematuria within an hour, I would always go to ER where they blamed it on pyelonephritis. I changed my diet in the 80's and my kidney stones disappeared. I still was bothered about every 6 mos with a bout to the hospital. Nov 4th, 2001, I began symptoms again, I went to the urologist and he refused the IV therapy that always gave me relief, he placed me on antibiotics and pain meds that made me very sick, I suffered with this pain and severe SX of UTI for weeks and then he performed surgical procedure with stents this exacerbated the pain, the urethra was so raw if felt like red hot razor blades had passed through. Usually the first sign is the urine feels HOT and then it just exacerbates to a horrible painful situation. My whole lower abdomen becomes tender and swollen. I suffered from Nov to February when I threw the pills away, I could not sleep, I was up all night long and was exhausted. The physician would not help me, I went back into my natural healing books and followed the advice of an MD regarding Candida, I took acidophilus DDS but not the amount they had suggested, this gave me some weeks of relief but the flare up returned, I was going in circles wondering what the origin of this was, I stayed away from intimate relations for weeks but it made no difference. I drank gallons of water to the point of vomiting, I finally went to my family physician, he charged me $75.00 and referred me to an infection control doctor, I was so angry, I had no help for my pain, finally I asked for diflucan x3, I followed this up with a penvee 10 day treatment, this helped for a few days, then my youngest daughter who is a med tech started at a gastroenterologist's office and she gave me a sample of Prelief. I was amazed at the result. If I take this with each meal my symptoms stay gone, I think it has allowed my GU tract to heal and I can be with my husband without pain. Given the physiology of the tablets, I cannot help but wonder why the kidneys and metabolism of the bodies ability to maintain homeostatis does not activate and prevent this condition? I was ready to have a nephrologist and endocrinologist try to help me, but I know the knowledge that is out there and I also know how frustrating it is when they look at you and send you home with pills when they do nothing for your symptoms. Most of all, why does the IV with an antibiotic abate the symptoms within minutes. . .? If you ever need a subject for research, call me, You have given me back a life. . . when my doctors began treating me like a mental patient. . . this is very real and debilitating and I know many women suffer from it, I am 54 and have had 5 children, I cannot find this product over the counter, I live in Michigan in the Tri-City area of Saginaw, Flint and Bay City, I have ordered from the company and a WalMart pharmacist ordered me some too. . can you tell me where to get it. . I will be traveling in 2 weeks and NEED a supply. . . thank you ever so much. . .

I am an IC patient that HAD tremendous pain whenever I ate any food or drank any liquid other than water. I am allergic to many medications and foods. I have an allergy to corn, so can't try medications or food supplements as many of them use corn or corn products as fillers. I found out about Prelief through the I C Network and The I C Survival Guide. I located a bottle of Prelief at a store and read the ingredient label. I called your 800 number to make sure that Prelief didn't contain corn fillers. After being assured that the only two ingredients were on the label, I asked for a sample. Thanks to you, I have now eaten food and had tea for a week without severe pain! I do not want to ever be without Prelief again! I have told others about your wonderful product. My grateful thanks goes out to your company!!!

Prelief

Post by rollermom1 »

Prelief has made a huge difference in my husband's life. He had bladder cancer in !999 and the treatment, BCG, left him with Interstitial Cystitis.

This limited what he could eat and drink--and also having diverticulosis, the list between the two conditions is quite long. His Urologist told him about Prelief after a couple of years of leaving off acidic foods and spicey things and a lot of other things. if you have the condition, you know how limiting it is. He now eats things that he hasn't had in 3 years--with no pain or discomfort, simply by using Prelief.

He still has to take Flomax and elmiron and he also has asthma which he uses an inhaler and medicine in a nebulizer twice a day unless he gets a cold--then he has to up it to four times a day. He has been cancer free for close to three years. He still has to have a cystoscopic exam every three months. He had to have two biopsies earlier this year, but thankfully they were negative. I think he handles all of his problems quite well. He was taking the Flomax at bedtime with a glass of water--needless to say, he had to get up to go to the bathroom every few minutes for a couple of hours, at least. His doctor told him that he could take the Flomax at his midday meal. Not only did it make him get up a lot to use the bathroom when he took it at bedtime--the medicine can keep you awake--added to the meds in his nebulzer, he was having trouble sleeping. So things have improved for him. But if anyone suffers from Interstitial Cystitis, please give Prelief a try.
