I can't open the url but it is probably the broccoli protocol described
here: https://ucpps.men. They describe it in great detail...some say it helps. Broccoli contains a lot of quercetin.

Just buy them in capsule form, that'll save you a lot of hassle.

Broccoli is about the single best food you can eat for your overall health. Not sure what else is in it for chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome other than quercetin.

I have tried The Broccoli treatment. It worked for me. It's very beneficial for the prostate but it's not going to eliminate your trigger points. You got to do it yourself.

I have been eating broccoli every day for several months. I microwave about a cup full for 3 and a half minutes in a small amount of water, let it cool a bit, eat it and drink the broth. I am NOT a big fan of the taste. I have fairly severe urinary chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms and the broccoli hasn't done squiddle for them. The down side is that it apparently makes my breath stink, my wife mentions it the moment she sees me after I've eaten it.. even if it's hours later. This is certainly anecdotal, but I had a PSA test after being on this for a couple months and my PSA went down a little bit. (and that's while experiencing a huge amount of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms). If the only benefits come from the quercetin in it, I will gladly switch to the capsules!!

I originally did this in 1999 when the professor showed up with this crazy idea of boiling broccoli and chugging this horrid green broth that was left over (do this when hot/warm because it's unberable cold).

There is no substitute for doing the real broccoli protocol as he outlines.

The quercetin content isn't what it's about, as I took straight MRM Quercetin for months (along with bromelain for absorption) and it had no effect on my condition. This was the original brand used before any accredited quercetin product was marketed.

The broccoli however was one of the greatest reliefs I ever got from the pain.

In my case I think it had a lot to do with the muscle relaxing and blood flow increase it provided. Something in the broth causes vasodilation. Pain dropped considerably and things like restricted urination returned to normal... think HUGE flow. Libido rose and I got the ejaculate power of a true adult entertainment industry professional.

Here's what I would do:
2x a day (I would do a double dose)
Frozen square of chopped broccoli ~200 grams.
I'd place that into a french fry basket which fit perfectly into a pot I had. Add 750ml of water and bring to boil. Boil for 7 min.
Pull the fry basket out and either have some later or throw it away (afterall this does end up supplying you with enough for a horse)
Let the broth cool down to the temp of a warm tea and pound it.

I would NOT use a microwave as there are certain enzymes that must be deactivated by the 7 minute boil to make the whole thing work properly.

For anyone with frequent urinary problems the 750ml might seem like a lot, but it should actually help your problem quite a bit.
