Every once in awhile someone posts concerns about how prostatitis will affect fertility. I just thought I'd let everyone know that my wife recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl, conceived while I was very much symptomatic. Incidentally, my symptoms took a mild turn for the worse leading up to the birth (stress), but have since subsided again to the 'occasional annoyance' state that they have been at for the past couple months -- in spite of significantly reduced levels of sleep!

Interesting! I've seen many such reports over the years.
Also worth noting: there are no studies linking lower sperm counts to CPPS.

Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

not quite true
First of all I want to congratulate to your babygirl
As for me I have also been evaluated for sperm quality
It turned out that my sperm count is quite low and I also have a lot of abnormal sperm with bad motility.
I am sure this is connected to my prostatitis since I did a girl pregnant before this started.
That my sperm quality is affected by this is also seen with the eye cause my sperm is a lot thciker and volume is also decreased.
However I think I will probably be well in due time since I am under treatment of one off the best in CP/CPPS DR Jordan Dimitrakov.

Bacterial prostatitis (not the same as the focus of this website) IS associated with lower fertility. However, chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome is not associated with lowered fertility.
