ED and change of structure after period of strain

Hi all,
I am about to make an appointment with a GP in order to get a referral to a urologist in order to rule out any major problem, but would like to see if anyone here might have an idea of what may have happened to me.
Back in mid 2007, I was 19 and it was a stressful time for myself. I was engaging in too much sexual activity in the form of masturbation. It was compulsive in that it would be at least 4+ hours in some days. I'd do this again a few days later and I would always try and clench my BC/PC muscle to prevent ejaculation although could not always to so. I then starting actually squeezing my penis just prior to ejaculation with my hands to try and prevent the actual ejaculation so I could make it last as long as possible. I would occasionally keep squeezing even when I began ejaculation but did not do this often.
Soon after this I had a lot of dribbling of prostatic fluid during normal day to day activity. Over time I stopped this and I was able to abstain for about 2 weeks allowing my body to heal, and felt my head was slowly becoming clearer. I noticed about this time that when I used the toilet during bowel movement, I would expel what looked like semen from the penis. This only started happening I believe after I squeezed my penis during ejaculation. This would not/does not always happen however, only if I abstain for some period. I also noticed what I now believe to be enlarged arteries, 2 on the right side of the shaft and one on the left side that also runs under the penis a bit. These enlarged arteries and an enlarged dorsal vein are still with me today.
With regards to erections they are nowhere near as strong or as pleasurable they once were. When standing I can get an erection however the erection will only be a half erection or 50 % quality. The strong contractions of whatever muscle it is producing erections that I used to get don't happen anymore. I can feel my body trying to get an erection but it never can. When standing if I fiddle with my penis it usually gets a bit hard/rubbery, when before it used to remain really soft. After ejaculation, the dorsal vein remains engorged for a long time and blood remains in the penis for a while before it reaches the proper flaccid size. It's as if it's a bit lumpy and needs time now when before it didn't at all.
When lying down I can get an erection, but again only maybe 60%, not full length and not having pleasurable sensations. Even stroking my penis is not pleasurable anymore. It's a different feeling, sort of a deeper sensation that I get rather than on the penis.
I have stopped my sexual activity dramatically and can deal with stress much more maturely now, I've had periods where I've abstained for 60 days and 40 days, even now at the time of writing I have abstained for around 12 days. Things are not so bad because I can still get an erection and ejaculate etc, but I know it's not in a normal state if anything because I still have the symptoms of leaking of prostate fluid/semen during bowel movements occasionally, the enlarged arteries + dorsal vein and tinier veins across the surface of the penis. None of these were present before as well as the ED.
I think I may have developed trigger points in the muscles close to the penis or that deal with the functioning of the penis. As I say, my mental state is fine, I didn't even worry about this much except now that I'm finishing off uni and have some time to think, I should deal with this. Please let me know what you guys think or if anyone has some experience with this I'd appreciate it.
Thanks
