I have searched inwardly for Tp without luck, but with a lot of pain. Sometimes with a kind of relief, but I got so much worse, and got pain in new areas that struck like a knife. It felt very wrong, maybe I did it wrong, anyway I gave up.
Now I only do a lot of squatting which helps.
But maybe my TP´s are on the outside? I have all the "typical" pelvic problems.
On my buttocks, (Gluteus Maximus) I have tons of sore points, (only hurt when I touch)
I read in A headache in the pelvis that this did not cause pelvic pain, but other in areas
Did I read that wrong? Can working this spots give me pelvic relief?
And if so what is the best way to work them?
