I found this great track on iTunes but here is a link to it on the net as well. It is by Gerald Grow a US Professor who I contacted who told me this:
He is another deep, caring man like Dr David Wise. One image I have found valuable in life is this: Some problems never go away; they may never change; they may never even grow smaller.
However, as we live, the landscape of our lives grows to be very wide and deep, and it contains more and more valuable experiences. The problem may not get smaller in an absolute sense, but it gets smaller and smaller in proportion to the other things in life, until it is like a murky little pit on a very wide landscape that also contains high mountains, vast plains, rich forests, and high waterfalls. By cultivating that rich landscape, we can include and honor the problem, but without falling into it as if its little pit were the only reality.
Here is the link to the free relaxation tape. It is a progressive body relaxation like Jon Kabbit Zinn uses but it has a great pace and is not to long. It always gets me to the alpha brain wave state.
