Weird spasms?

Post by GARYS »

I started feeling a different muscle spasm in the rectum for a few days when I was feeling pretty well, then the burning in the uretha came back. I hadnt "emptied my gland" for about a week, and when I did, the muscles that spasm to ejaculate felt like they wouldnt stop. Its happened before but not for a long time. Anyone else get this? Also I asked in a previous post, do you guys that seem to get better and then have a flare up get over it again, or could it just be a coincidence that a guy could feel good for a few months?
Age:33 | Onset Age: 20 | Symptoms: burning urethra after urinating, followed by rush to urinate again, rectal pain after a bowel movement sometimes, frequency. | Helped By: Pyridium and Ativan | Worsened By: stress, sitting and unknown reasons.

Hi, I have this spasm too. Had it for a couple of years and still no help from the urologists. The main muscle is the bulbospongiosus, but you might find it's also the ischiocavernosus & tranverse perineal muscles. I take anti-inflammatories for it which help but don't completely subside it.

Not sure if it's a nerve problem or muscle inflammation.
