Hey.. I've just recently tried cutting out the caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods out of my diet again.. I havn't really noticed results the last time, but I'm thinking I didn't wait a long enough time.. How long does one usually notice results in?

In my case, I noticed some minor frequency changes of symptoms in 30 days, and much more relief after about 90 days. If this is not being done in conjunction with physical therapy, I imagine it would take much longer.

Also, I noticed my symptoms seemed pretty good if I had not eaten most of the day. Then upon eating, they got worse.

It took a little while for me the first time through when I had changed my diet to notice any real changes like pain going away.
However the frequency was greatly reduced after a couple of weeks of a new diet with myself the first time round. :)

Try to cut down on stress and you will see a much faster improvement.

I have posted on here about doing the Byron Katie cognitive work as an excellent means to reduce stress and this in conjunction with physical therapy seems to be the ticket to becoming symptom free.

This has been my experience so far - the body heals and relaxes and trigger points quite down when the stress quites down.
