My gland skin is like coming out. Then I wash. The next days its coming out again. It kind off left my gland more sensible and irritated. And leave some white stuff spread on gland and just after the gland. (That is the skin that comes out).
What is this? Is there any cream that help?

Could be a fungal infection, from the sketchy description. Go to your pharmacy and get a topical antifungal cream, eg Monistat or Lotrimin AF or Canesten. If you find that using the antifungal cream alone is not enough to get rid of your balanitis, try adding a few drops of vinegar to the cream and apply it to affected area. Vinegar lowers the pH, thus making the environment less pleasant for the yeast fungus.

I have a question Web. I have before responded well to bactrim. I don't know why but its true. I still believe it is muscular mainly. But is also true I had sometimes relief with batrim and stuff like d-mannose. Once I am going to San francisco in march and I have an appointment with dr.Smith. Will he check me there if there is any chance of me having bacteria. I mean.. I know It is hard to detect some bacterias... and that is why there is still controversy.. however... do they have the means to do the maximum possible to detect if I have anything more than the muscular theory?

I would imagine that Doctor Smith's office will run a urinalysis, at the least. You would need to call them to ask.
Having said that, take a moment to consider the date of your first post in this thread. 2008, two years ago. You were symptomatic even before that. It is extremely unlikely that a bacterial infection has survived in your body for a span of years, on top of enduring antibiotic treatment. I just don't see it happening. Antibiotics are known to have anti-inflammatory effects, which is why you may have felt better.

There really is no solid science to say that men with this condition are infected with fastidious bacteria. But most of the Doctors still have the belief that there is bacteria that is hard to detect... Some websites say that most of the prostatitis are bacterial, like this one - http://www.prostatitis2000.org/eng/terapia.htm
Dont get me wrong... The muscular prespective still makes a lot of sense to me... And I hope it will be the key to my recovery.
