Hi,
just had one real session with the PT, and I had some pain afterwards, with some symptoms returning from back then (like burning after pee), so I guess it's going ok. The name of the PT is Christine Pinto, 19 av Ségur 75007 PARIS, 01 47 05 84 33. She only does PT for pelvic pain, so she knows her stuff.
Do I have chronic pelvic pain syndrome? (h92 case)

Pinto is a typical Portuguese surname, so maybe it will be a bonus for me... How many sessions you are doing for month? And how many you think will be enough?
Best regards

I am doing one hour per week. For the moment I have a prescription for 10 weeks, we'll see if it's enough. She tried something : at the end of a session, she asked me to briefly contract then relax. She didn't even feel me relaxing ... Meaning that there is a lot of work to do. I am starting paradoxical relaxation, I hope it'll help.
On an unrelated note, I've also tried a diet to calm my stomach, having read the book on food intolerance, since I may have one.

She looks experienced since she only does that, we'll see what happens. To answer your question, I'm not flexible enough to touch my own prostate, but from what doctors told me it seems normal, and I don't feel pain. I had pain on examination a few years ago but it's gone now.
