Dont let this thing stop you guys, keep working at it until you find what works for you. Thats what I have done. Stay positive and dont leave a stone unturned. I knew for me it was muscular so that meant get my arse out to Dr Wise and Tim, literally. I've been getting better ever since.

Only very recently did I locate another area that burns like a bitch to be touched. Yep another trigger point, this one if I release it after training, or anytime I feel tight and in pain, symptoms go away. I'm hoping its the final one, but hey, there could be more. Ill treat this one with diligence and see how I progress.

Scoob - a couple of questions?

I noticed you were wearing that hat - was it really cold in that room because we wear those hats outside when it is freezing and it made me think that it was really chilly in the room.

Also - I'm always curious about people's tatoos - what were yours?

Good job - by the way - you are a great example of a disciplined and fit human being!!

I train with it on in the winter. I like to sweat and be warm, my joints take a lot of warming up when bodyfat is low and its cold out. So I just keep it on.......

As for tatoos, shoulder, I drew, I was also an art student in college, did a lot of design work, mainly still life stuff, but I designed my tat. The other on my back is the norman shield, means truth and loyaly with a touch of christianity. It was the symbol of my college fraternity, Sigma Chi, I was a little stupid back then, but I dont mind it, out of sight out of mind.

Take care,
