@mjh2020. Thanks for all your posts above. All really helpful. I feel like I’m on a similar journey to you. I have been to F-Act earlier this year and found it really helpful. Their feedback was similar for myself. I had a good summer but have relapsed badly since. I got too confident when things improved and dropped some of my vigilance around regular stretching and dietary triggers (alcohol mainly). My bad. I’m booked to see the colorectal consultant you mentioned above (Saddiqi) in a couple of weeks so see where that takes me. Just wanted to ask how you were getting on and to say thanks for posts.
