I do take Flexeril sporadically on flare ups, and to sleep better....
I have started the Gut health recommendations here on the site.. omega 3, coq10,, Mg ,etc.
Also got an Rx for Visteril (hydroxyzine) to try for sleep?
Good sleep and effective (working) during the day, without over doing it, has been my best results as far as Actions I can take..
Laying in bed feeling sorry for yourself, and to reduce pain, and/or drug intake, is not very effective... However, in a flare up it maybe required short term.
Mind / body / action cycle ... And obviously stress does tighten me up greatly... But if your a genetically (or form being raised that way) a "stressful guy" its tough... Valium for crazy stress, but I rarely use it...
But yes , I do have a complete pharmacy at my house lol....
thanks

Valium is good for flares, Vistaril can be very helpful too. There's lots of things to try.

Don't underestimate the breathing! You may be surprised.

Something that has me puzzled, and do you have any comment on this one particular issue involving erections. Any thoughts as to why mine would instigate a "fight or flight" response and want to pull pack so hard after an erection or arousal is initiated? Why it feels as if it is a "Tug of war" per se, that it wants to retract, and abandon the erection as soon as possible and yet even after it has, it wants to go even further, and retract to what "appears" or feels like, beyond what is mechanically possible? And this is when that ripping and tearing feeling can come about as it starts pulling and just will not stop.

And again, no external penis pain ever at all, not even shocks to the tip. Visually when this action occurs it just looks like a 6 yr olds penis turtling in as far as it can go. It's all left side, under, inside the scrotum sack. The internal penis I guess that would be, that stays hard, while the external is fully flaccid. Maybe relevant to all the "hard flaccid" complaints getting attention now. but this is extremely painful, until she lets go.

But why would arousal instigate this? I don't even have to get a erection, I can be aroused and say NO, but it will still happen, even with no erection.

Just a weird thing, that is not discussed much that I have found yet. Except, again the hard flaccid talk.

Based on your description, I'm pretty sure you have a problem with an overactive left cremaster muscle. The culprit is the genitofemoral nerve (L1).
The cremaster muscle occasionally experiences painful spasms or cramps in adult males which can be chronic and debilitating. Treatment for these spasms ranges from minor surgery to injection with botulinum-a toxin to the regular application of heat to relax the muscle. Surgery, including the excision of the cremaster muscle, has apparently been able to provide complete relief from this condition without significant side effects

Get Botox or surgery. :simsim:

Just got back from the Hospital ER (USA)... And this is EXACTLY why people take their lives in this country.

I had an acute attack this after noon. Something on the left side (inside my scrotum) was yanking on the underside of my penis in so hard that it was ripping the shit out of my penis, The internal part... NOTHING exterior was effected except extreme pulling visually, crazy turtling of the penis.. I could barely walk, Had to be hunched over a chair.. I did take 20 mg oxycodone before I went.. I could have stayed home, BUT my feeling was this was a severe acute moment, I could feel something super tight inside my scrotum attached to the underside of the penis just pulling like hell. So I'm thinking, lets go in, let an MD FEEL it and look at it and MAYBE some miracle or knowledge will help me... I knew in 30-45 minute the drugs would release, and I would be fine. SO arrive at ER, MD gives me about 5 minutes to explain 5 years of stuff, You could tell he already had me diagnosed, It didn't matter what the hell I said... HE wanted to give me Antibiotics.... I said NO... He says< but you have an infection? I said, I got an infection suddenly in 10 minutes huh? Test my urine, he did, came back clean. He said You need prednisone, or whatever that steroid anti-inflammatory is.. It was that or the highway.. I said fine... The guy didn't have a clue about pelvic pain at ALL... I have insurance, But I will send you a pdf of the retail bill when it comes and it will be $18, 000.... His discharge papers diagnosed me as "urethritis" LOL, what a fricking joke... I said no sexual activity in over 7 years, no pain urinating, no urination issues what so ever, no discharge.. (he asked all this stuff mind you)... I said, I just hoped you could feel something when it was in the Height of its spasm, or what ever it was doing... I felt something pulling on the internal penis, I felt it... He said all felt fine, and looked fine..

Screw this Country man, I am so over it!

Well, that is the last ER visit I will do, and again was just hoping someone could put hands on it, when it was at its worst... I thought I felt something kinda obvious.... I guess not... Maybe I was being optimistic..

Only because I have kids, but even they know... 5 more years, and I'm out, if we can't figure this out.. That's it....

I will try my part, but the USA healthcare system you might as well not even try, they are idiots..

The guy didn't even know what "high flow priapism" was.... He said, you can't have that, you would have an erection all swollen... I said "high flow" dude? It super rare, you likely do not understand it, and why it happens... It's a trauma priapism, usually vascular and flaccid... HE denied it existed... so I was like ok, get me the pills and bill me up and let me go so I can battle this "infection" I have in my penis...

This is why I will never own a gun, as if I did, Yeah I'd use it right now... Just because I do not belong here in this World...

Yes, I was triggered today... Trying to go with "medical advice" by my urologist to go to the ER... $18, 000.... For the above 10 minute office visit...

Welcome to America!

Sorry but Fuk this World....

Give me stage 4 pancreatic Cancer PLEASE GOD!!!! I would give the Dr a high five ! and say :VEERRRY NICE: HIGH FIVE::

lol
