Wanted some opinions/advice on something. My inner thighs are super painful all over so I have been relatively gentle with them. Last night, I noticed that there is a handful of "fat" on both sides near my groin that is not like other fat I have. It is not elastic, and seems like it is almost full of watery fat instead of real fat. I really focused on working the muscles underneath all of that "fat" (very painful) with a Knobbler, and found them to have a couple marble sized bumps in them. After working them for a while until they became much less painful, I noticed that a lot of the "watery fat" in the area was gone, and then skin rolled the area until it gradually became like other fat. No more weird liquid, but sore muscles and bumps still there. My legs/pelvic floor felt great after, probably the best I've felt in a long long time. I thought this was pretty good progress.

Then, about 30 mins later, I started to feel like I had the flu. I started getting the hot spits, and then boom - violent diarrhea. Like food poisoning diarrhea, and mostly all water. I was on the can for 30 mins, and then went to bed. This morning I felt fine.

Is this normal with TP therapy? The only thing I can think of is that the "water fat" was waste build up that I released, and my body needed to pass it through. Don't think it was my dinner as I ate pretty safe stuff.

Just as an update - had an appt with a urologist today. He identified me as having a pelvic floor disorder within about 30 secs after me telling him my symptoms (testicular pain, lack of blood flow to penis). So much for the other 3 urologists. He gave me an initial prescription for PT at a PT he says has worked wonders for his patients (mostly female, a couple males) that have had pelvic pain. I'm hopeful and am going to continue working my major trigger points (inner thigh) by myself.
