Greg, it really seems in your case, it is very closely related to Mark's case in the way of diet and Gluten. Of course anxiety is of major importance to keep at bay.

For my self I don't know yet if gluten is a factor because I have yet to stay off the stuff for more then a few days before my addiction brings me back to some great garlic bread  etc... Anxiety causing muscle tightness and neuropathic inflammation have been key factors for me. At this point I have started letting go of what caused this in the first place and focus on what makes it better.

Stress management

Quercetin

Aleve (naproxen) as needed

Elavil @ a low dosage

stretching and self internal work on muscles around the prostate

hot baths with relaxation and just knowing that I control my destiny and my recovery from this condition. :-D

I wanted to respond to Gp2 post earlier in this thread as I am the guy you spoke to in Scotland.

You have misconstrued the comments I made to you and also misquoted me. The Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol is working for me. I also think it is unfair to make a judgement on someone's progress after only a very brief conversation in a waiting room.

I am grateful to this website as without it I wouldn't be on the path to getting better.
