trigger point at x o'clock high!

Viking, within the rectum, where is that trigger point based on the following polar coordinates:

12 o'clock is towards the prostate
3 o'clock is the right hand side
6 o'clock is behind you
9 o'clock is the left-hand side

The reason I am asking is that in many people, the pudendal nerve and an anal nerve run at about that height by the rectum wall, and if bothered, pressing on them will produce a hell of a response.

But like you said, there are also muscles there. And I think that they can pull on the tailbone, which if rigid, will end up pulling the fascia back into the pelvic cavity, bringing the penis along with it.

I just want to comment on the comment about penis shrinkage.
Like I have made mention of in the past, stress is what triggered my problems. Just recently I had a panic attack, something I have never had before. I noticed that during this attack that my penis did change in shape a fair bit from what I would think to be normal to really small and flaccid, with little elasticity. Among that the colour changes it went through was something else, reds/blues/greys, once I was able to relax it began looking as normal as it could of looked. But also I have never given my penis as much attention as I have since being diagnosed with this, so for all I know the colours and shape sizes were always there.
I think that Webslave hit it on the nose with what the non-Westerners call Koro.
Try and relax.

Needadvice,

That's very true, and I agree.
During a panic attack and or latent anxiety several things will happen related to the flight or fight response. For one, your body will tighten the pelvis to prepare for combat. Secondly, boodflow to the intestines/pelvic region is decreased and is diverted to the extremeties (again, for combat purposes).
