My penis/perineum pain came from the muscles just inside my rectum. Since I began massaging these musles I havent had any pain in these areas for 4 months which is just unbeliavable for me. If I only knew this 8 years ago :x

That's great! Thanks for sharing. I get a lot of pain in that area, and I'm massaging those muscles as often as I can. 8 years is a long time to have chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome before treatment (although not uncommon). How long did it take for your pain to decrease and get better?
This is NOT medical advice. I am NOT a doctor.

It took about 2 months of daily massage to make my penis pain go away and another month to get rid of the perineum pain. At first these muscles(whatever they are called) were hard as rock and I thought it was bone or something. But they get softer and softer. PATIENCE is the key!
they are still quite tense but they dont send any pain anymore. I've brought the trigger points into their latent state it seems.
My lower abdomen muscles seems to be involved as well.
I have had a lot of flareups during this period but they dont frighten me anymore I see them as a good sign. I can now have sex twice a day and sit on a chair for about four hours without getting the pain back! This is of course not a good thing to do because eventually it will come back but I CAN do it and its just amazing
These 8 years has been a BIG lesson for me of what NOT to do in life.
