Fellas,
I'm taking Flexiril and Bextra and its helping me. I am not experiencing lock ups and my pain in the urethra is subsiding. The only problem is when the flexiril wears off I dont get lock ups but the stream is slow again.
I'm going to continue with this protocol. Keep giving self administered internal massage as shown to me by my PT, keep checking my levators with my EMG, lift very light, and cut out running as that really stresses my pelvic floor. I stilll havent returned to caffeine, but being a young male who is recently single once again, its very difficult to cut out the acohol on the weekends, I'm going to try to keep it to a few vodka and sodas which I believe to be not too bad if I take my prelief.
I think though this shows, I was right, the lock ups are muscular in nature, not due to a stricture. I just hope this can calm things down further and allow it to return to normal when I stop administering the drugs.
The flexiril makes me really tired. I'm having a hard time getting through my week, which includes 25 hours of a new job and 35 hrs of studying for the bar exam as I just graduated law school.
