I think I'm ok. To be honest ....I previously posted that i have been using a massager to loosen things up down there and I think i was doing it a bit too much. I think i may have irritated a nerve or something. I would say a good rule is "too much of anything is not good".

I have still been doing well. But I'm getting old, just turned 48. I've noticed i have been peeing during the night. I also noticed that the slightest sensation to pee is annoying and i just want to get it out. My stream sucks. Anybody taking vitamins that help or something else?

I have been feeling good. It's crazy that a lot of this can be in your head. I've had this off and on since my 20's and you really have to just put it out of your mind. I've had every symptom everybody on here has had, I've contemplated suicide, I've tried every medication, vitamin, exercise, massage and diet plan. I know the pain we all have and you can get passed it. Dont lose hope! put it out your mind! Get a hobby, get a dog, get something else to think about besides your dick. Don't let your dick ruin your life.
I don't want to jinx myself because I know this thing can flare up out of nowhere, but DONT LOSE HOPE. Your mind can make the pain but it can also make it go away.
Admin comment: You understand the condition!

I'm still feeling good! I am getting older and think I'm getting an enlarged prostate. I haven't been to the Dr. in a while. I am having some problems with my stream. I'm hoping Webslave can advise me of a vitamin or supplement that can help?

The famous one is Saw Palmetto, but unless you have severe enlargement I recommend sitting to pee, and just taking your time to get the bladder empty. I've had some enlargement for years and that's how I operate, with no problems. I don't even use Saw Palmetto. My father (who died 14 years ago) had the same problem, and ended up having 2 badly-performed operations with endless bleeding problems thereafter... so I decided to avoid all that. Of course there are safe and efficient operations you can have, but if sitting to pee and being patient works, why bother?
