I started a relationship while dealing with CPPS. Just try to be upfront with your partner about it, communicate what works and what doesn't. Hopefully they will be understanding. Don't avoid intimacy.

Thanks WS, it's a bit overwhelming having this problem while trying to start a relationship. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it!

If you are happy with with your meditation and find it is helpful that is great. If you would like to add something slightly different try doing guided Body scans. There are lots on the Internet, start with 15-20 minute ones then work up to 30-40 minute ones. They have helped me especially when I cannot sit and meditate due to pain.

Hi Ks how are you? I'm 57 years hold and about 16 years with CPPS (a life, but I don't give up!!) and in this period for me its quite good. I have seen that you are not on this forum since one year, so I think you are well and better.

I just want to tell you that I found most of your posts very interesting and helped me.

I often found confirmation of my therapies, looking to your suggestions like PT and supplements like PEA (Palmitoiletanolamide).

I'm doing occasionally stretching exercises (Wise-Anderson Protocol for pelvic floor) and taking PEA, diet low carbs (when possible), saw palmetto, alpha blockers (tamsulosin 0.4) since 3 years ago I have benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

My CPPS disorders are from 3/10 to 7/10 (medium 4-5/10 😊 )

If you have any suggestion to manage better the CPPS, I'll appreciate it.
Thank you. Regards
