Re: New Here (aazzone in UK)
I honestly think its the muscles that are healing that sweat if u mean in the groin area. I remember I had this kind of sweats every time I went to a hooker before I got CPPS. I guess my muscles were tensing each time and then healing.
Age: 32| Onset Age: 30 | Symptoms: “Cured“ now, no symptoms. Symptoms were: 8/10 pain, couldn't sit, bleeding anus, ED, HF (tinnitus too from stress), Insomnia or CFS | Helped By: Stretching, foam roller, hot baths, sauna, tennis ball, antidepressants (acupuncture and fasting improved the tinnitus a lot) | Worsened By: stress, sitting, chronic masturbation but yeah mainly stress | Other comments:
Re: New Here (aazzone in UK)
Hi guys, I am popping back to give an update.
After the worst months of my life in which I must have had a nervous breakdown, I started very slowly to get my mind back. I have been since March on 10mg Amytriptyline that seem to take the edge off the pain, although CPPS is still there without wrecking me. Sometimes I feel a bit spaced out but I can work normally although not with my past energy. I just manage pretty much.
I am able to sleep most night although I rarely feel very rested but doing exercise every day (cardio, boxing, running, etc.) make me feel very empowered. I have to avoid abs and squats and lunges that make me feel awful the day after. If I cannot sleep I get out of bed and do something.
Bottom line, I am managing, although I cannot really say I am what I used to be. Drive, energy and self confidence are for most part gone and I Iive by the day.

Hey I can totally relate. I also feel like I was eaten by a dinosaur and spit out. I guess we have to focus on destressing and eating healthy.
