Urine symptoms and fascia

Post by geeza »

Hi do any of you notice change in your urine color or odor?

Also could the urethra tip pain be from the amount of fascia in our penis?

Changes sound about normal to me. Urine and odor always change depending on circumstances like what you eat, drink, dehydration or being hydrated, or overall health - etc. Of course there are reasons that it can be abnormal. What specifically are you referring to when speaking of changes? Like???? Smells of ammonia, maple syrup, or just plain foul is an indicator of some problems. Could you be more specific?
Age: 52 | Onset Age:49 (but I may have had warning signs 25 yrs earlier)| Symptoms: Pretty much all the usual suspects. Frequency, urgency, inability to always empty, burning and numbing uretheral, penile & perineum pain. Frequent urination at night.| Helped By: Internal PT. Myrbetriq helps but is by no means great. TENS to help sleep, and hand held massages of the lower back, hips and buttocks. Standing and physical labor help. Stretches and hot baths. Occasionally use gel iced pad on the perineum. Worsened By: Sitting (being sedentary), driving, sex, bowel movements, tight clothing and underwear. | Other comments: Currently trying L-Theanine

I’ve noticed mine is stronger in color (yellow) and sometimes just has a stronger odor. I haven’t changed my diet.

A dark yellow color can be your body is dehydrated. Drink more water throughout the day to see change . I drink about 8 to 10 bottles of water a day.

Taking another look at your profile, my guess is that with frequent urination - like myself, you may have laid off drinking an adequate amount of fluids. It's just a guess, because I tend to do this at times too. Doing so may actually cause burning, which could lead to even more urge to urinate, or at least more painful urination. Drinking more can be a necessary evil for those with frequent urination. The darker color (and some smells) could have something to do with medications and supplements too. Unfortunately you have to stay hydrated.

@Amonges - Boy if I drank that much, I would have to live in the bathroom - LOL!! :sad2:

Fascia in penis causing tip pain? ► no.

Urine color / odour is, as already indicated, a function of how much fluid you intake. If you are having trouble drinking enough, I recommend cold chamomile tea sweetened with an erythritol-based sweetener.

So why do many of us have urethra inflammation?

IMHO -My guess would be the inflammation is being caused by nerves. Seeing that trigger points away from the urethra can recreate that pain, those nerves in those areas are most probably the culprit.
