Awesome stretch for PC muscle
When you're doing internal work you want to put your finger on your PC muscle anteriorly and do a slow Kegel, all the while pushing in the opposite direction with your finger providing some resistance thus stretching the muscle. If your muscle is dysfunctional its going to hurt like hell at the beginning so go slow and and don't apply too much force in the opposite direction or you could worsen the spasm. If you do it right, after a few times your pelvis should feel like its loosening up and when you're done the ball in the rectum feeling might disappear as it did for me. The feeling came back again shortly but now I kinda have an idea where my dysfunction lies so I'll keep working on it. Give it a shot!

Haven't thoroughly tried PT yet however. | Worsened By: Sitting. Perhaps stress and negative thoughts. Chiro, candida detox and standard treatments have not helped.
