Cardura (alpha blocker)
Cardura has helped with my frequency big time (not with pain). My question is does this specific alpha blocker cause weak ejaculations? I know Flomax does but can't find this as a side effect to Cardura specifically. Anyone?

Re: Cardura (alpha blocker)
Alpha blockers cause retrograde ejaculation which means some semen flows back into the bladder.
Age: 36 Started: 30 | Symptoms: Frequent urination, constant need to urinate, rectal & perineal discomfort, urethral burning, pain in penis, testicular pain (since resolved), aching pelvis, constipated, incredible pain in the rectum after undergoing internal PT work. Rectum feels raw and irritated. Pain upon bowl movement
