Sometimes with this move, it's strange, you won't get pain referred into the pelvis but will actually get relief, like your pelvis and rectum just go empty and feel nice and relaxed.
I have had my massage therapist really work the insides of my leg all the way to my knee--I'm lucky because most massage therapists won't or don't know how to do this. But I'm telling you, internal therapy is twice as effective if you loosen up your inner legs, because the pelvic floor is able to fully expand and release due to the newly gained flexibility in your upper legs. Study the Davies book.
My thoughts are always with everyone on this board. Pelvic pain does not define you.
