Hi all,
do you think that fitness exercises can help with the CP/CPPS or they could be harmful?

Thanks, webmaster,
I had a look at the discussions. I would like to add that I did fitness a lot last year and it used to help me with the CP, mainly with the CFS. I felt more lively, more stimulated, put on weight, muscles, looked good. I took some Universal supplement and it also helped me - I have not noticed any damage of the mass gainer on CP symptoms. However I stopped the exercises for no particular reason and the situation graduately became worse. Now I feel tired most of the time and do not have enough energy to start again.
