Have just had two ganglion impar nerve blockades without much success. Have anyone in the forum experienced pain relief with nerve blocks ? In case which ones ? My doc suggest a superior hypogastric nerve block next.

Have been experiencing pelvic pain for soon a year. Have just tested positive for lymes disease. Do anyone know if pain from prostata and testicles might be a symptom of Lymes disease ? Have many other symptoms that fit with Lymes disease.

Had a visit to the hospital today. Gastro. They palpated my pelvic muscles and prostate. Painful when they palpated prostate and bladder. No other trigger points.

They offered me Botox injection if I would like to try.

My pelvic floor muscles were slightly tense.

How do tight pelvic floor muscles ...

Have anyone tried DCT stretching ?
Wondering if worth trying.

Do anyone have experience with nerve blocks ?
My main problem is pain, consider trying it..

Started up roughly one year ago with onset of pain from tip of penis. Had multiple checks for std’s all negative, cystoscopy and DRE. All fine. Also ...

Now when I have used valium 5 mg for a couple of says I find that after terminating the valium pills, my pain is considerably less. From around 6-7 before taking the valium pills to perhaps 2 on a pain scale 1-10 a few days later. I took the last pill four days ago. Any idea why ?

New to this forum and have a question. When I use Diazepam (valium) my chronic pain is completely gone. Do this mean the pain I am experiencing (tip of penis, testicle) are most likely muscle related ? Normal painkillers —paracetamol, paralgin forte (Codeine/acetaminophen)— do not seem to help ...
