Re: CPPS is a symptom of modern life

This is probably one of the best videos on CPPS I've seen in a long time. Good advice. Great find, webslave!

Re: My Experience

Hey Simone! I'm not sure about the Solgar brand, never tried it but I'm sure it's ok. I've tried the NOW brand it was good too. I pretty sure webslave would probably recommend the previous sponsor's stuff and it's very good. I got some of it back in March 2017 when I had a terrible go of this and it ...

Re: My Experience

Taking it easy sure has helped out a lot. Things down there are a lot more relaxed and calm. Revisiting the "A Headache in the Pelvis" book and following the stretches they recommend doing as well as getting myself a high quality Quercetin supplement like I did last time I had to deal with this as ...

Re: Am I on the right track?

Hey code-writer. Man, that's really tough. I'm sorry to see all that you have been going through. I do have to agree with webslave, I bet the isolation and depression definitely play a big role in this as crazy as it may sound. Like webslave also mentioned, Quercetin would be some thing I would ...

Yep, that's what I kind of figured. Going to take it easy for a few day and hopefully it'll calm things down.

How have you been doing, webslave? It's been a long time. :)

Re: My Experience

Hello folks. Wow! My last post was back in 2018!! Time sure goes by fast doesn't it??? I hope every one has been doing well and keeping safe and healthy.

I thought I would come back and say that an old friend has come back to visit me once, that friend being CPPS Pain. Yep, it's back once again. It ...

CBD Oil is wonderful! Get it from a respectable place though, avoid that Gas Station crap they sell.

Re: My Experience

Hello people. Been a long time since I was last on here. Last time I posted was March and it's October now and considering I felt a slight pain down there today it reminded me of this place, haha.. Since I last was here I've had barely any pain or discomfort at all. The only time I get pain is when ...

Re: My Experience

Actually Black and Green tea have more Caffeine than White Tea does. White Tea levels of Caffeine are pretty low in fact, but still has it nonetheless..

But yeah, I'm going to try and switch off of Caffeine as much as possible so I'll give Rooibos a try. I've heard of it before but never tried it ...

Re: My Experience

Hey guys! It's been awhile since I last posted on here so I thought I'd check in and give an update.

Holy crap it's been almost a whole year now since this all started and I've certainly learned a lot about this condition and how to battle it. Since my last post I honestly feel like I've been pain ...

Re: My Experience

Howdy! Just checking in on here. Life has been super busy lately but thought I'd come and give an update on myself.

The past couple months I've felt pretty damn good. Hardly any pains or discomfort at all. I saw the Urologist and we talked about the bladder irritation and he said he was leaning ...

Re: My Experience

Can having a Cytoscopy cause CPPS Flares? The razor blade peeing feeling is almost completely gone but I have noticed pains starting up again in the usual places, and having to strain to get myself peeing. Just more side effects of the Cytoscopy maybe?
