Re: Gabapentin dose
I'm on 300mg per day and it works wonderfully. I'm also taking Wellbutrin and Elavil, so not sure how everything interacts. Have been completely pain free on this combination for weeks. Hope this lasts!

Marilyn Freedman
Hi Guys:
Wondering if anyone could tell me whether its worth it to see Marilyn Freedman for a 90 minute consultation. Its quite expensive but I always hear good things about her. Does insurance cover any part of the fee?
I work in Manhattan and I know she is on Long Island so I would probably go ...

Re: 6 years with CPPS
Hi European:
Sorry to hear about the flare up. My chief complaint these days is also scrotal pain, but only in the right testicle. Can I ask what your pain feels like? The reason I’m asking is because I too suspect that the scrotal pain is neuropathic, but I’m not ruling out some kind of referred ...

Hi: yes I’ve tried Elavil. I’ve gone up to 50mg and it never did anything significant for the pain, but it’s a worth a shot. It’s a very old and safe drug, my mom has been on 100mg for decades with no issues.

Thanks for your comments! I believe you are on the right track with meditation, which will help shut off your anxious brain for a while and the effects are cumulative. Keep up the good work.

Hi there: I always have significant anxiety. I've been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and probably most significant, obsessive-compulsive disorder (the nastiest of all of those IMO...) I also have the classic "Sarno" personality: extreme people-pleaser ...

Checking in — Quercetin
Hi guys:
It's been a while since I've checked in, about 6 months. I can gladly report that I no longer have pain during ejaculation. The only "cure" appeared to be Quercetin . I've been taking that daily for the past 6 months, often twice a day but at least once. I cannot say with certainty that it ...

That’s great Major, congratulations. Still struggling a bit myself. I get testicular pain 1-2 times a week, so my work is not done.

Re: Overdue Check In With A Good Amount of Success
Glad you're doing well Major. Ever since I've started any accredited quercetin product (been on it for months now) I have not had a single episode of pain during ejaculation. Have you tried it?

May have to try that. I do know that Caedar had some success with bulbo trigger points by using a strumming massage technique.

Hi guys:
Been a while since I've updated my condition. I've been on a combination of any accredited quercetin product (two pills a day) and Elavil (25mg a day) for about a month now and that has knocked out my daily testicular pain. Haven't had that pain for about 3 weeks and earlier this year I ...
